Here at Pillar Wireless we want your online experience to be enjoyable, simple and successful. To that end, we have created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make your life easy.

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same business day. Mail or Fax orders are shipped once payment is received.

The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the United States are Domestic Overnight, Express and Expedited. Expedited or Express orders placed by 3 PM PST will ship on the SAME BUSINESS DAY. We try to ship all orders within 24 business hours. We will contact you if in any situtation we cannot ship your order within that term.

Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day.

Wireless Prepaid Return Policy

All sales are final, NO REFUND or EXCHANGE will be given. Please review and confirm your order before making any purchse. When there is techincal difficulty, we will provide support to resolve the issue. Please provide your order number prior to contact us.

Phone/Accessory Return Policy

We guarranty product from DOA (Dead on Arrival). Please check your item immediately upon received, if you find the product is DOA, please contact us with 5 day and we will gladly replace your item. On all other purchase, sales are final, NO REFUND or EXCHANGE will be given. To program your phone please visit our Support and FAQ (Frequent Ask Questions) page.
